About the role:
Support Agency provides Specialist Support Coordination, Psychology and Behaviour Support to participants facing an array of complexities, we are expanding into Occupational Therapy to be able to offer our participants holistic support to get the best outcomes for them.
We are proudly person-centred and achieve great outcomes by establishing the right supports to build participants and their stakeholders’ capacity by working as a team.
We work flexibly and creatively for each individual.
About the Opportunity:
As we continue to grow, we have an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our team and assist our community’s most vulnerable participants in reaching their goals and improving their quality of life.
Working across Greater Western Sydney and surrounds, in this role you will:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate support services
- Collaborate with other health professionals and NDIS-related entities
- Provide reports that meet client needs
- Administrative tasks as needed (with support of the admin team and state of the art software)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Work flexibly from home or in the office at Mulgrave, part-time or full-time, set your own hours
