The Support Coordination: The Basics course provides essential knowledge and skills for support coordinators, covering understanding funding categories, preparing for reviews, conducting reviews in reviewable situations or when there are changes in circumstances, collecting evidence, effective time management to meet KPIs, and adeptly juggling individuals in crisis and adapting to changing situations.

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of housing options and planning under the NDIS, covering SIL options and housing models, SDA, strategies for finding the right housing providers, gathering evidence to support housing needs, and the process of writing a person-centered housing plan.

This course explores the complexities of managing complex behaviours, understanding psychosocial disabilities such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, and depression, and delves into regulated restrictive practices (RRPs), including reporting procedures, the shared responsibilities of stakeholders, and strategies for appropriately tapering their use.

This course explores the principles of trauma-informed practice and person-centeredness, incorporating a discussion of both theories as well as differentiating empathy over sympathy.

The AAT (Administrative Appeals Tribunal) process course involves understanding when to submit an appeal, what documents to include, providing support in case conferences, clarifying what expenses can be charged for, and determining when it is advisable to seek legal representation.
