Title: Specialist Support Coordinator

Support Agency provides Support Coordination and Allied Health Supports to participants facing an array of complexities, working collaboratively as a team, we are able to offer our participants holistic support to get the best outcomes for them. We are proudly person-centred and achieve goals by establishing the right supports to build participants and their stakeholders’ capacity. We work flexibly and creatively for each individual.

Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Office in Vineyard, supporting participants across Greater Sydney

Classification: Full Time

As we continue to grow, we have an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our team and assist our community’s most vulnerable participants in reaching their goals and improving their quality of life.

The successful applicant will be working across Greater Western Sydney and surrounds.

Title: Behaviour Support Practitioner/ Psychologist

Location: Office in Vineyard, supporting participants across Greater Sydney

Classification: Full Time (38 hours per week), Permanent

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner who is ideally also a registered psychologist or looking to become one. Experience is ideal, we will also look to train a junior practitioner if they have the enthusiasm and commitment to learning to work within the Positive Behaviour Support framework.
